  1. PLAYING AT THE FFRITH

    Thank to you all for turning out yesterday (Saturday 12th June) to play at the fun day for the Denbighshire Learning Difficulties Forum at Ffrith Beach.
    I was a little dubious about how we would sound after practises over the last couple of weeks but you raised your game yet again to give a very creditable performance which was enjoyed by everyone. One gentleman asked me to pass on his congratulations to you all and said what a pleasure it was to sit and listen to good music played very well.

  2. Llandudno Prom- Wednesday 2nd June

    Thanks to all those who turned out yesterday to support the Prestatyn & Rhyl Lions Awareness Day.
    Such a glorious day. However the performance did show how important it is to have 100% attendance.
    Thanks for giving up a day of the half term holiday.

  3. BAND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    I would just like to say a big thank you to all those who turned out last night (27th May) to attend the Annual General Meeting. It was nice to see so many of the younger band members there.
    Congtaulations to Robyn on winning the award for the Most Improved Player and to Laura who won the Bandmaster's Award for contributions to the band.
    Thank you Jean, Helena, Natalie, Gareth, Jon, Bernard, Nick and Noel for agreeing to carry on as the Exexcutive Committee for another year.

  4. BAND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

    Please take note that the Band's Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday 27th May, 2010 at the band's HQ at 1st Rhyl Scout Group, Tynewydd Road, Rhyl commencing at 7.30pm
    We would like to see as many parents, band members and friends of the band as possible attending the meeting which is a review of the past year and appointment of officers for the coming year. Awards will also be presented.
